The final screen in the inventory program allowed the UL to enter information about hardware attached to the computer which was not part of a standard installation (examples shown).  The functionality of this screen required the UL to enter information into the four text boxes, then click "add to list" to record the information.  To avoid potential problems, if the UL clicked "DONE" while there was information in any of these text boxes, they were asked if they wished to add it to the list (avoiding the problem if the UL simply forgot to click the "Add to List" button).
