Uxbridge Secondary School first opened its doors as Uxbridge High School in 1923.  It was then comprised of only the old building, which now serves primarily as the history and art wing.  Today the school is known as Uxbridge Secondary School and  has over 1000 students, taking courses from grades 9 to OAC (grade 13 equivalent).  USS is the only high school in the Township of Uxbridge, and has several feeder schools:  Uxbridge Public School, Joseph Gould Public School, Scott-Central Public School, St. Joseph's Seperate School and Goodwood Public School. Our school mascot is the Tiger, and our offiicial colours are Black, White and Gold.
