When you click submit, watch the bottom of your browser. Once it reports "done", continue surfing. This should only take a second or two, so if you can't read what it says, don't worry. Your message has been sent. Watch the latest message board for your message. Once it has been approved by Big Brother, it will appear, usually within a day.
